Manufacturing Capabilities
Casting Processes: Sand Casting, Die Casting (High Pressure & Gravity), Gray Iron Casting, Ductile Iron Casting, Aluminum Casting, Stainless Steel Casting.
Facilities & Equipment: Equipped with a 90/60 casting machine and a 1.5- ton melting furnace, enabling flexibility in both ferrous and non-ferrous production.
Production Capacity: Up to 400 tons per month with a skilled workforce of 40 employees.
Quality Assurance: In-house testing laboratory for dimensional and mechanical checks. For chemical analysis, products are sent to accredited external laboratories.
Dedicated QC Team: Two quality control specialists test and approve every single product before shipment.
